Toronto FC's Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty suspended additional match
The MLS Disciplinary Committee has issued one suspension and a lengthy list of fines following MLS Matchday 12.
HOW ACQUIRED: Signed as a Homegrown Player on January 22, 2020.
Marshall-Rutty is the top player in his age group across Canada and the US, and he is among the top young players in all of North America. He had interest from many top clubs in Europe before signing with TFC, but it’s important that they are both patient and aggressive with his development. The right winger has a special future ahead of him.
OUTSIDE MLS: Marshall-Rutty made his professional debut for Toronto FC II in the USL League One on June 28, 2019, coming on as a substitute against Forward Madison FC. He made three appearances with Toronto FC II during the 2019 season.
